Becoming an Associate
Associates are selected on their expertise, qualifications and relevant human resources and/or regional experience and their ability to offer current professional advice on a wide range of workforce related topics. Our project proposals include willing associates with particular expertise to address the project needs and deliver results.
HRDA is in the process of adding more associates to its list, people who bring particular HR expertise within specialist areas of health practice including nursing, disaster management, paediatric care, child and maternal health, Indigenous health, pharmacy and public health.
Why affiliate with HRDA?
HRDA provides associates with the opportunity for individuals to become part of expert teams bidding for projects. We anticipate that the strengths of our teams will be decisive in winning contracts. In addition we anticipate that the collegiality that develops among our network of affiliates will provide a resource for all to call on when needed and that a community of experts will develop around HRDA. We also offer affiliates the ability to project manage large accounts and to minimise the operational delays that often attach to large bureaucracies.
When needed, HRDA has access to university ethics approval processes to ensure compliance with standards of good research practice.
If you wish to seek affiliation with HRDA please send us your C.V. for our assessment here.
