HRDA’s Core Team
While HRDA is a new company, its core staff and associates represent many years of experience in human resources for health research and consultancy both in Australia and many parts of the world but especially the Asia Pacific region. The countries other than Australia and New Zealand HRDA core team members have worked in include Bangladesh, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Timor Leste, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu and a number of other Pacific Island countries.
While each core team member has a wide set of skills, each also has a specialist area of competence.
Dr Graham Roberts
Principal, Human Resources for Health
Graham specialises in leadership, management skills and has researched this area in the Pacific extensively.
Director, Strategic Workforce Planning
Lee specialises in strategic HRH, being one of the foremost health workforce planners in Australia. His research is noted for innovative approaches in poor contexts.
Victoria has specialised expertise in qualitative research methods, which has found great application in the HRH area and in particular in mental health services delivery.
Director, Business Development
Carla has amazing skills in facilitating group progress for varied objectives including data collection, lerning, consensus seeking and conflict resolution. Her style is highly inclusive.
