This intervention (rostering staff leave to maintain services) has been implemented in my workplace and it has a positive impact within our health service. This is an icebreaker in my workplace and is really encouraging to identify issues and trying to solve them using what I have learn in my Major Assessment Project.

Thank you very much for the support and encouragement. It was a worthwhile course and I have learnt a lot from it, learning to dream and to take on challenges as opportunities. The importance of embedding change in the existing systems to ensure success, team dynamics and how best to reach out to the different personalities, the different ways to communicate with the different stakeholders based on their power and interest, and to classify risk based on the likelihood and impact. It was also an opportunity for me to learn from the wealth of experience in our group, from accountant, hospital secretary, senior nursing colleagues in various areas and heads of various programs and departments.
